Oak teacher desk dating to the early xxxxs features solid oak frame and drawers and laminate top in pristine vintage condition. This desk has been stripped of its old finishes down to the beautiful oak; hand stained and waxed. The outside panels are painted antique silk to coordinate with the top trim and drawer pulls. New drawer lock has been installed and mechanism adjusted and fully functional. A truly substantial piece of vintage furniture, construction features dovetail joinery in the drawers; this desk is ready for another 5 decades or more of service. A nice size for a kitchen desk, student or child desk, or family workspace, measures 42" wide x 32" deep.
